Today I ran some errands as usual, but I felt good because I did a good thing. I ordered a certain book to give it to someone I care about as a birthday gift. It feels so good to thank loved ones when they help you :)  So I bought flowers downtown and I received that spiritual book that I had previously ordered online. I can’t wait to give it! I can’t wait to see the person’s happiness

In the picture you can see me with the gift I discovered an amazing new art store and bought some artisanal material to do part of the card handmade, and I bought ribbon and colored envelopes… All this made something pretty nice and I’m happy with the result. I don’t get bored when you spend time for people.

Hey everyone!

Today I’ve been doing some bricolage… lol.

Because the promotion was limited by the distributor to 50 first autographed DVD’s - and we can’t autograph them anymore because they are already assembled in San Francisco - AND the 50 have gone out,  I thought of a cool alternative and went into action already this morning.   I decided to send a handmade postcard with a picture and an autograph - and  I’m going to send one to the people who buy my Back Together dvd  before September 1st and receive a DVD not autographed.  I trust you to be honest of course, and you will have to e-mail me so I know.

You can see on the picture below that I’ve put a number on every one of them (example: 001-002-003) because I’m thinking about  giving out something special to a chosen number. If you decide to encourage me…lol, please consider buying my dvd through my store. New orders need to just send me an e-mail with your address and confirmation of transaction, and old orders that you receive with missing autographs, just a simple e-mail and I’ll send you your autographed postcard! The whole point is to make you as happy as you make me - so I hope this is a good solution, any feedback is appreciated.

Today I worked all day on my website fixing small things This morning I woke up at 8:15AM and took a nice bubble bath. On the way to the gym I stopped by the supermarket and bought myself a roasted turkey sandwich, a healthy bio- drink and a banana…a BIG one…lol. When I arrived at the gym, it was closed for electricity verifications until noon. I had forgotten. I  read the notice the day before but you know how it is! Soooo when you can’t get into the gym where else do you go but…..Ben and Jerrys!!!…which I did,  with my friend Luca.  I ordered Cherry Garcia and a Strawberry Cheesecake combo and  he had Rocky Road. What crazy names they have, but it’s so good!

I watched The Devil Wears Prada again - I am SO gay I love that movie !!  I just came back from the gym - they opened late and I’m going to take a shower, finish up some work and go to bed.

Still working to fix on the small technicalities of the website my dear bloggies! Still adding the 2 days extra to all of my members. It’s a long procedure, but they deserve it!

I went to the gym today at 9:00 and I worked on my pecs. I did 2 bench press exercises, and 2 others that I don’t know what they are called, lol. Tomorrow I’ll do my biceps and triceps, and my friend is suppose to come too.

I had a hard time sleeping last night, maybe it was because of the full moon So many weird things happen when it’s a full moon. I slept 6 hours and went to the gym - I want to pump up my flat chest, I want big pecs….haha…well, at least a little more developed than they are now. For you sky watchers, Mars is supposed to be highly visible @ 12:30AM Eastern - I hope I make it but I am very sleepy

Hey all, the website is now working all fine, except some small technicalities that need to be fixed, but Sunday it’s hard to get things done by companies.

Thanks to Erik who offered his support, if you’re reading tonight’s postErik, you’re the man!! I stopped going to the gym these days because of all that stress and of the accumulations of things that needed to be done and taken care of immediately. I’m starting again tomorrow morning at 9AM with a friend. He’s going to pick me up at 8:30 and we’ll go together. It’s nice to train early in the morning because you can hit the day so much better and feeling good. Going at night is harder for me because you have spent all your day working and you don’t have much energy left.

Now I’m going to relax, take a bubble bath, put on some Enya music and drown in the tub….LOL I MEAN fall asleep for tomorrows big day XOXOX
