MY MOUNTAIN
Hey everyone, today I went back to the mountain I went to not long ago with one of my friends. It felt so good to be outside and breath the fresh air. It is now Fall Season in Montreal and today was one of the few last sunny warm days, so I took advantage of it. After climbing to the top of the mountain, I stopped by a restaurant to spoil myself a little and offset my diet. I ate 3 cheeseburgers with fries lol! It’s like something I crave once a month or so, so it’s not too bad. After eating,  I did some rollerblading around that area until I was exhausted.
In the picture you can see me cooking some chicken and talking on my cellphone with my cord phone feature… lol. I bought that in New York. It’s a phone that you plug into your cellphone, so you can talk hands free - so much better than the speaker phone 
The picture also shows continuing progress on my assercises haha.

Your “ASS”essories are coming along just fine as well as the rest of your royal body. You need to be care when cooking with little clothing on. Wouldnt want you to have hot oil burn your royal body! OUCH! I will say I am kind of torn between the shorter and longer hair. You look great in both. Just for the fun of it I mapquested from where I live to Montreal. I hope that’s not a metal fork you’re using on a non-stick pan because….uh sorry…I got distracted…but that fork will ruin the non-stick…(damn that’s a nice ass)…I mean frying pan. Why can’t I seem to concentrate on…(he could crack walnuts with that thing)…what I’m typing. Your pictures are ruining my…(it looks like a big firm peach)…attention span. Wait what was I talking about? Oh yeah. Your pictures should have a warning label. CAUTION: DANGEROUSLY HOT!

Hi Ralph,
I always feel good when i’m outside, especialy when i’m in the winter on a ski trip. The dry air and the trees and heights always are great.
And it’s not good to be always on a dieet, sometimes you must just eat what you want and don’t think “is that good for me”. Almost all things that taste good are bad for your health. Like cake/chocolate, i’m a real “sweet tooth” and that is not alway good for your health.
In the picture i see you have a direct line to the president
. And what does he thinks of your tight and firm ass, i think it’s perfect (I think i am just in love with your ass

i thinks it’s really better eat a good cake … a Sacher full of chocolate and apricot jam but even a cheesburger it’s not bad to be a little bit naughty once sometime

Hi Ralph,
Unfortunately it is wet here in romantic Venice. What an absolutely amazing city. I have just been blown away from the Grand Canal, St Marks Square, Lido (where I am staying) to the Rialto Bridge … it is all like a fiarytale and so beautiful. I have had good weather and bad but hey thats travelling.
Am off back to the UK tomorrow night so its good bye to all the Italian hotties and hello again to the English lads.
Back to you … glad you returned to “Mountain of Self” Hope you found the same peace as before.
