Today I went to the gym as usual - and I went back tonight for  the Step Class. I just love it and it has been awhile since I participated in it. When I arrived at the gym, I was told that there were no more places available for the class because it was full.  I replied, ”Are you kidding, I walked all the way here and you tell me that I can’t attend?” Just then, a man appeared and gave me his access card for the Step Class telling me that he was not going anymore. I was thrilled! (I actually arrived 2 minutes before the class, and I still got in). The class was amazing and it was such a nice workout.

I’m spending the night with my friend and we are chatting and having a few laughs. Tomorrow I’m going on an excursion for the day with another friend. It will be relaxing and fun!

After the step workout, I layed on my day bed in the office and fell asleep while listening to my iPod. It seemed like a good time to take today’s picture

I woke up very late today because I took the day off - plus I went out last night :)  I went to the Unity Dance Club. It was a very fun night and especially nice because I went there with a very good friend of mine, Mike. We hadn’t had a laugh in a long time! I love it when he tells me about his crazy adventures, I laugh non-stop.

 I was dancing topless on the wood stands in the middle of the dance floor at that club, and let me tell you something, it felt good to get loose for a little Today I’ve been listening to workout music (www.powermusic.com) and I am very interested in buying some of their CD’s to motivate my workout.

Today I’ve been listening to the CD’s that Gene sent me. It’s HIS own production CD and he is the Singer! I have to say, I was VERY VERY impressed by his talent. Country style, I liked it!

Today was actually a cleaning day so I listened to his music while being Mister Clean lol.  I didn’t go to the gym today because I can’t go 7 days a week. I gave myself the weekend off to recouperate lol. 

Tonight’s picture is the actual picture that I’m going to autograph when I’ll be dancing at the Boardwalk Bar in FLA. As I promised you, it is shown here before anywhere else.  It will be printed soon

Today at the grocery store, a worker opened his checkout lane especially for me so I didn’t have to wait ! I felt like the Prince that I am, having the privilege to pass in front of everybody lol. Also, I forgot to mention -  two days ago, at the same grocery store, I was waiting in line with sunglasses on, and a person came up to me and said ”are you Ralph Woods?? ” He  told me he was a fan and that he had all my DVD’s. He said next time he’ll bring paper and a pen to get an autograph from me. It was so nice, it made my day!!

I might go out for a few hours to see a friend, and then come back home - but not too late. I just love it when you arrive home at night and the house is sparkling, like ”untouched” just like nobody was there. The bed has just been washed and is perfectly made - waiting for a Hot Fuck to happen…oooops, did I say that??!! haha…… I meant to say a restfull sleep :) I love you all!

The Black & Blue Main Event Party is on October 7th in Montreal and I will be a dancer for this celebration. I will be dancing on stage for 3 performances of 30 minutes each. I hope some of you readers can be there, but for those who can’t, here is a picture of how I will look for the party - before I add more ‘glamor’ haha. As far as what I will be wearing for the performance, well….I’ll be only wearing boxer briefs, as will the other hot dancers ! The theme this year is “Power Trip”.

My camera has a manufacturer default and I had a warranty on it. I went to the manufacturer repair center and I should get it back in a week to be able to update my website.

As many of you know, I am going to be dancing in Ft Lauderdale at BoardWalk Bar on Oct. 31st, Nov 1-2-3. Today I have been contacting Belami in order to get picture samples to choose from ! I need a very nice one because I will sign them and give them away to all my fans there! I can’t wait !! I need to get it edited, marked with my website etc. Once the process is completed, I will show my bloggies which one I picked If you guys have the chance, I would love to meet you in real! On tonight’s picture, here I am, laying in my bed, relaxing. I just took a small nap before posting my blog. You know, when you lay down in the bed and relax for 5 minutes, you fall asleep :p ! At the gym today, I have been working out my chest and my legs. It was an intense workout and all that testosterone was released not long after :p if you know what I mean! Now I’m going to prepare my vegetables bag for tomorrow and go to bed! I’ll talk to you guys tomorrow! Ciao xxx

Here I am in a Vegetable commercial lol kidding! While you look at the picture 20 seconds, think about the fact that I spent 20 minutes just placing the vegetables properly for a nice picture :p ! I’m joking, cause I’m not that crazy, yet! We are what we eat, and eating good food helps the mind and the body to be at it’s best! Every night, I wash and cut a couple of vegetables and/or fruits and fill up my ziploc bag! They recommend to eat 5-10 vegetables/fruits per day. Well I do! On the picture you can see me doing the job. So much fun… lol :p Also, as you can see, I am squeezing a lemon to get the juice out of it and mix it with water. It gives a little lemonade taste to it :p. Today, when I went back from the gym, I stopped by the grocery store and bought fish (cod). I ate it RAW, just like a wild animal lol. That way, I am sure that all of the proteins and nutrients are still there! Gotta eat well after an intense training. After eating all that food, I just feel like a big balloon lol. I’m gonna take a bubble bath, check my emails and go to bed! Talk to you all tomorrow my dear bloggers!
