Today I went to the gym but couldn’t go to the pool because of time.

When I came back from the gym, I ate a quick sandwich and went to meet my friend at a restaurant in the Old Port of Montreal. All of her friends were there and we had dinner. I had salmon. It was good, but the portions were very small and it was very expensive! The ambiance was nice, but I’m not going to go back lol.

While I was there, a friend of mine called to go out to Parking, so I did for 30 minutes. It was kind of boring so I left.

Now I’m here at home shopping for Angel Wings on the net as my costume for the upcoming White Party. I hope I can find something.

Yesterday I went to the 30 minute abs class at the gym and today I went to the step intensive one! It was so much fun. I didn’t do much musculation today but went to the pool instead.

My neighbor and I did some cooking. I had a routine appointment today at the Doctor but I totally forgot, so I scheduled another one lol. A friend invited me to go to the ‘Stock’ bar tonight, but he cancelled. Just as well, I am going to read and relax instead.

Today I woke up very early and went to they gym and I did a short workout, nothing big. I came back home and took a little nap. I went to get my mail and stopped by the library to get a very interesting book ”Conversations with God” by Neale Donald Walsh. I started reading it and I can’t stop!!

Around 7PM, I went to a very intense abs class to the gym. I also did the usual training — pecs, arms, etc…. :)

AND….after all that I went to the pool  lol. I was so hungry after all of the intense working out - but I also felt so amazingly good!

Now I’m tired so I’m going to do a little reading and go to bed. Oh….I also bought a T-Shirt for training at the gym that was 75% off…little bargain hunter that I am lol…and I thought I would model it for all of you tonight :)

I woke up early this morning because I went to visit another massage school. I had an appointment at 10 AM. It was very nice. The employees explained everything and I visited the class. I think I might like that place better than the first one. I will see. Plus it is in the immediate area of Montreal… so it’s closer

Today I went to do the grocery shopping at a different supermarket that is the same distance from my house. It is less expensive! The store is less attractive, but who cares right? It’s the food that you get, not the looks of the store that you bring back !

I didn’t make it to the gym, but I am planning on waking up early tomorrow to go! Talk to everyone tomorrow XOXOX.

Yesterday was a busy day — entertaining friends is not always relaxing lol. After Unity on Friday, we woke up in the morning and went for breakfast at “Eggspecation” - I love their name and it was very good. After that, my friends wanted to go shopping, which was followed by a nice dinner at a mexican restaurant.

They wanted to go to Unity again last night, so I took them and I have to say it was fun too. They left today right after we went to the restaurant, so now I’m back to normal! It made me happy to see my friends. Tomorrow I have an appointment to visit the massage school early in the morning. I can’t wait!!

Hey all, my friends are about to arrive to Montreal very soon – hopefully —  because if they want to go out, it’s about time to get ready and go ! I am fully ready, I figured that would save some time. It’s Lesbian Night (yes again) at Unity, but hopefully it will be fun anyway.

Today I called another Massage School to make an appointment to visit. I want to visit a few so I have a bettter idea about what’s going on before picking one. I want to get one that I believe is good.

The house is ‘company coming; sparkling!! -  as a result I didn’t make it to the gym today — you can’t do everything —  but I’ll try to go tomorrow.
