A friend was suppose to call me to go out for “all you can eat sushi” tonight but I haven’t heard. I’m going to go to bed instead.
Last night was fun. The music was very good at Unity and I had a great time. I did a good workout today at the gym and the day was beautiful. It’s getting sunny in Montreal and snow is slowly starting to melt away 
I hope to receive my camera wire very soon this week !
Now I am eating salmon before going to bed to grow muscle during the time I’m sleeping. Talk to you tomorrow XOXOX

Hi Ralph. That is great that you had a good time at Unity. I can’t believe that you still have snow. I heard that you got a lot of snow up there this winter. Thank God you were in Florida for a couple of weeks. All our snow is gone and the flowers are coming up. Thanks for the picture. It is good to see you. Off to bed for me. Salmon is a very good meal for your muscles do u take suplements like protein shakes and creatine?

By the way thanks Eva(by the way where r u from) and all the people who wish me luck…my surgery was an small but painful surgery, the doctor burns cauterization of my nose the drain fluid
r going to be more 6 more small surgerys… the clever option if to go for a big surgery but that implicates to breake my bone just a milimetrical hole to drain the fluid that’s something that really can damage my sing cause if the bone dosn’t health complety i may lose the resonator, so prefer the small paiful surgerys or just live with the sinus…sometimes u have to make sacrifices to get what u want.
and yes Jonathan Rhys Meyers is super hot(almost as hot as m.r Ralph Woods) and Tudors r great i remember the first time i saw the first episode from the show on t.v and I was like: Fuck i have never seem so many nudes in just one episode of a t.v series a lot more nudity that queer as folk and all the Samantha from sex and the city scenes combined that’s cool or what?

I have to say I like the webcam pictures you always brighten my day with your beautiful smile. I am glad you had fun at Unity, glad the snow is melting it was a beautiful sunny weekend here and they say might be near 70 degrees tomorrow maybe spring is here. I have to go see another doctor today about my back hope he can figure out what is wrong.

why is the salmon in tiny bits? how did you cook it? you look like you were enjoying it though. usually, i would poach it with mirin (japanese rice wine), soya sauce, and sugar. YUM!
And how come your friend did not call you? you should have called back! imagine all the sushi waiting for you to eat…

I’m glad you had fun last night, a Prince needs to party! That’s great that it is getting sunny in Montreal, the weather here is very strange. one day it’s freezing and the other day its warm and raining all day long. I hope that summer is “cumming”
soon, and that it will be a great summer.
I love salmon, you can do allot with it. On Toast and backed and in pasta it is also great. I don’t see any vegetables Prince Ralph, don’t forget your veggie’s otherwise you will catch the flue.
And does that muslce between your legs also grows during the night from the salmon LOL.

Ãt’s nice that you enjoy your night out. Good music and nice peoples unit(y)ed to great evening.
This weekend the weather was wonderful around 20°C. Nobody stayed at home and the city were ful with peoples. It was so warm that I opened the summer season with my first sundae … delicious!!! Martijn, the spring is just a few miles far away from the Netherlands! Ralph I hope you get a summer feeling soon … maybe at the bank of the Danube, too.

Hi Ralph. I hope that you are having a good day. I feel wiped out today. Is good to hear from all. Wow, Eva, Singapore, you are half the world away from me. I bet it is hot there. I loved geography in school. I remember having this tough nun in 6th grade and I was the best one in geography. I even helped some of the other kids in it. I was lucky because she never hit me. It is so great talking to people from all other the world on this blog. Ralph, it seems like we are almost neighbors. Hope that you are feeling better Dave & Gus and Steve Mass. All my love to everyone and special hugs and get well wishes to those that need it.

Oh sorry eva, but I read it now lol. What happens is that after a certain point, (the blog being as real time as I can make it), I don’t look back repeatedly at prior posts. I probably should, but now and then it happens like it did with you and Kevin. The salmon was in steaks but I crushed a portion of it up with garlic and butter, just as a small snack. I think Marcus is hot at any age
