One of my friends, who I had not seen in a while, came to visit me - and put some songs on his iPod since I have a good load of songs haha. We had dinner and watched some clips on Youtube and listened to music.
I did the usual workout today - back and shoulders — and I had a guy watching me all the time I was training. At the end, in the changing room, he gave me a paper and told me to read it. It read : “For the records you are very cute, call me at XXX-XXXX” lol.  I thought it was funny, and it made my day - just something I did not expect.
Thanks to Michel who sent me a postcard from London 
I’m going to bed now, did not receive the wire yet… hope to get it tomorrow when I talk with you again XOXOX

Thanks to all the well wishes. I am feeling better now that the alcohol is out of my system! You are bulking up real nicely Prince. I know that you have a look that you must want to achieve. I think you look perfect now! But that is just my opinion. I would be flattered to get a note like that as well. But if you could give him a call and have coffee or dinner. No harm in that and at the least he could become a good friend. You can NEVER have too many of those. Rest well our Prince. SUPER HUGE HUG and LUV YA ALL!

Omg i love letters…specially the ones with guys phone numbers,I don`t know if this guy is cute but maybe u can call him and go out like have dinner or something(movies,night club,theater,hook up) u never know.
By the way thank very much yes it hurts and the next week i have to do it again…my medical “Team” r my parents(Both r doctors my mother is pediatrician and my father otorrinolaringologist)but is not like amazing cause they were always strict to me,they want me to be a doctor…and straight an straight doctor!
but today i finally went to the gym(i feelt like crap but i went to the gym)that’s the first step ,sometimes when the people is ill,they don’t do normal life cause they(we) r afraid to get sickier but life keeps on.Thank u very much Robert,

We have just had the Australian Olympic Swimming Trials in Sydney for the team to go to Beijing, China and they were full of hot guys with bodies like you used to have before you became so chiselled with all your gym work. Now I am not saying which I prefer (ie the before or after) as I believe it is obviously totally your decision. In fact you are so lucky, whatever you do with the basic package, is going to turn out hot as!

I was mucking around on Google maps and this is what I came up with: “When I was in the USA and drove to Petaluma, California, if I had continued north across to Vacaville and then up to Redding and further north to Medford, Eugene, Salem and Beaverton, I would have got to Portland. Then if I had gone over the road and south of Scappoose I would have been in Vancouver. ( the doctor told me i am too young for that kind of fracture no idea what that meant ) so for now it is more meds and then have to do theraphy so hopefully that will help.
then it would make sense to me.
WOW your body looks great would love to feel your arms around me you look so muscular how about you give me a massage i am sure that wold make me feel much better
Well i guess the doctors visit went good right now it looks like no surgery (very happy about that ) but i do have some arthritis in the lower back that is pushing on a nerve and causing most of the pain but i do have a fracture in the middle of my back
Thanks for all the thoughts and concern from all my friends here it means a lot. I just wish i could say it all happened from some wild sex
Ralph i would have to say that if i was a the gym i know all i would do is stare at you also, Was the guy a nice looking guy ? i think you should give him a call maybe he is what oyu have been looking for

Your muscles look great Ralph. That is neat about the guy giving you his phone number. I would get together for lunch or something. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. A lot of interesting posts here today. Gus, I really liked school for the most part. Most of the nuns that taught me were great women. I still keep in touch with some of them. They were a diverse lot though and it made me appreciate people as individuals and to see the goodness in all. But all people have their faults and failings. The one teacher was so tough but she actually did love the kids. I think she was rough on some of the guys because she was jealous as she never got to be a boy. She was masculine and athletic. I think she felt sorry for me because I was shy and something of a sissy so I never got hit. Hang in there, Steve Mass. I hope the therapy helps you. Hang in there friend. A special feel better hug to you. I don’t feel well today so I’m home sick but I am feeling better coming here and talking to my friends. God bless you Ralph and everyone.

Robert: The 2 locations that you mentioned from Vancouver, WA are not far from where I live so you would have passed right by. When ya coming for another visit?
Gus: sorry that you have another surgery next week but hang in there. I am sure that you doctors (parents) know what they are doing. At least with your doctors being your parents, you can trust them not to put you through something that is not needed.
Steve Mass: Good to hear that no surgery for now. Hope the new meds will help you out and no surgery will be needed at all.

Hi Ralph,
Well that was a nice experience at the gym, if i saw you in my gym i wouldn’t get any workout done
. I would constantly look at you, and quickly look away when you look up in my direction LOL.
One question is it a gay gym, because how would the guy otherwise knew you were gay. I’m going to a mixed gym, but i also look around at all the cute guys
gay or straight they sure are cute and some very very hot.
If i were were you and the guy looked nice, i would take his offer and call him. You can always go out once and see if you really like him. And maybe he is the right guy you were waiting for all the time, who knows? Otherwise he maybe is just a new friend.
I want to wish all the bloggies here who are not feeling well at the moment all the best, lets do a group hug and try to get better soon.

Hi Ralph. Thanks for the video. That was great. I loved hearing you talk. I love the sound of your voice. That reporter was so annoying. He acted so stupid.
