RAIN
It rained all day and the weather was a little bit nippy. The pressure was high and I felt sleepy all day. I still went to the gym later in the day and did a great intense workout with one of my friends. I cooked a lasagna and also ate some salmon today, very healthy but not too different than usual. I am getting bigger and I love it. The only hard thing is to eat all the time, which is annoying lol, but the results are the payoff :) I was invited to go out tonight but I don ‘t think I will because I just like going to bed. Lazy day, talk to you tomorrow XOXOX

Yeah I know what you mean about rainy days. I feel totally drousy on those days as well. It is great that your diet with your workouts are achieving the results that you want. I still think that you are perfect the way you are. Dont get too big! I have some bad news. The job that I had did not work out. The reason it didnt work out was because my bosses lied one too many times to me. That is one thing that I will not tolerate and integrity is very important to me. With bills piling up, I had to make a decision. I will be moving from Vancouver, WA back to Michigan. I will be leaving here on Thursday morning and driving a U-haul and towing my car. It will take about 3-4 days to get back because it is 2319 miles and that is 34 hours of straight driving. Of course I will not do that. When I get to Michigan I will be living with my mother and she does not have cable because she lives in the country. So I may not post here for a while. Just know that I will be thinking of you and all the bloggies. You are ALL very special and I will miss reading about your days and hearing about your adventures. Always remember to keep on smiling and brighten others’ days as you have mine. I will be back online as soon as I can. There is a song called “Forever Friends” that says that we are bound by love that time cant take away and that we care in a special kind of way, heart to heart and hand in hand, we will stand until the end, loves for ever when we’re forever friends. Wow Dave I am SO sorry to hear about the job but it sounds like your decision was for the right reasons. I know things will work out for you in time. I am also sorry that you may not post for awhile, that makes me so sad !! :(….I hope you find a way meanwhile, even if not daily, to find an internet cafe or even a library where you can let us know how you are doing. I truly hope it won’t be too long before you are able to check in whenever you want. I know many many bloggies, including 1000’s who do not choose to post comments, will miss you. I SURE WILL, even though it is temporary. Please take good care, keep smiling and believing in yourself XOXOX

Like Ralph I am gutted by Dave’s news. I have been coming here for nearly a year and feel I have got to an insight into both of you (as I have said before).
To Dave,
Drive safely on your road trip and I hope you can follow Ralph’s advice and find an internet cafe so your absence will only be brief. Thanks for teaching me all about to the top left hand corner of the USA and all your news on the BelAmi site which I subscribed to because of your recommendation. All my thoughts and good wishes are with you from across the Pacific. The best of good fortune to your Dave from Michigan (formerly Vancouver, WA).

Hope your still able to check in today I hope you have a safe trip, Please be careful driving and towing that car get plenty of rest if your driving alone take many breaks so you are alert wish I had free time I would have loved to have given you a hand with the drive. Hi Ralph,
you are fed up to the teeth with salmon … I believe it if you eat every day the same food … today I had asparagus with potatos and hollandaise … delicious
I’m glad that you rest out a little bit because this week will be strenuous for you. Saturday night I visit a concert with Nazareth and The Sweet and a hit from the former group is “Dream on”. I think this title is a good attitude with this terrible wheather in Montreal.
Dave, I’m sorry about your bad events. I wish you a nice trip home to Michigan and hope to hear from you soon! All the best!

Hi Ralph,
When it rains all day long i also get sleepy, maybe it’s because the sun is’nt shining when it rains. And it also makes me depressed when it rains allot
, and i can say you that here in Holland it rains indeed allot.
I love lasagna and salmon also, with some nice salad on the side yummie.
Don’t get too big, i like it how you look now! I’m not really into Arnold Schwarzenecker type off guys, but i geuss you don’t want too look like that
.
Today was my last workday, and now i have weekend
. And my weekend ends next Tuesday, so that is 6 days off. It’s because off all the celebrations here in Holland i talked about. The only day i had too take a vacation day off is this friday, s so that was nice!

Hi Ralph. It rained all day here too yesterday but it is good for all our trees and plants. You really look great. All the extra weight is muscle and in the right places so it is to your benefit. We are all glad that you take good care of yourself and watch your health. Dave, I am so sorry to hear your news. Please have a safe trip. It will be nice to be with family but I hope that you can find something quickly because I know that it is so stressful to be out of work. I keep you in my thoughts and prayers, may God bless you. I have a suggestion for your diet Ralph. You should eat a nice Christian. It does not need cooking and it’s always hot. And you are sure to get big where it counts. ( Don’t show that recipe to my mother. She’ll get a heart attack. )
