COUNTDOWN….6 DAYS !!
I’m leaving very soon for Bratislava!! I want to get the chance to buy clothes before I leave and there is only 1 week left. I do not want to buy things here, I want to go to better stores like Hollister that are in Toronto - 5 hours drive from here. I’m going Monday.
Tomorrow at the gym I have an appointment at 7:30 in the morning. I will do a special machine that tells body fat percentage and a lot of other values! I can’t wait to know the stats 
I did some back exercises today, a little tanning - and now I’m about to start cooking and will probably go out for a short while.

With a motivation and body like that… what more does one need to become a “Bel Ami legend” ?
Some people take succes for granted, you obviously doesn’t and THAT is what keeps succes going.

Wow, Ralph if you don’t become the face of BelAmi then I’ll speak to George personally next time I see him. haha.
Jokes aside a friend of mine walked past a BelAmi shoot in Sydney’s Hyde Park with Lukas Ridgeston a while ago (at least that’s what he told me … might just be trying to make me jealous).
Maybe one day he’ll use Australia again as a location and he might even want you as one of the models. Imagine that!

U are looking much more tanned&more perfect than normal.Let us know what your body fat percentage is,I would be guessing0.0000001millionth of a percent or something.

Wow Ralph. What a gorgeous picture. Your chest and arms look splendid. You have such a perfect look. BelAmi is surely happy to have you. To them you must be nearly perfect. You don’t do drugs or abuse alcohol and you seem reasonably well adjusted and emotionally mature. How often does that happen in this business? I can imagine that a lot of guys burn themselves out and end up with substance abuse or other health problems. I am glad that you take care of your health. I can’t believe that you don’t have a Hollister in Montreal. They have very nice stores. My son likes to go there with me and my credit card. (LOL) Wow, I just took another look at that picture. You are so handsome but the best is that you are a truly great guy. Warmest hugs to you.

You are looking great! I would guess your body fat at about 5% or less. You are doing all that you need to do to stay into great and healthy shape. I mowed my mom’s 5 acre lawn today. Took me 4 hours and 15 mins. Of course I used a rider! Cant wait to see the clothes you get for your trip. I am sure all the Bel Ami guys will be jealous of you.
