Sex and The Gym
Today I woke up late, but I did manage to go to the gym, hurray! I went to workout with one of my friends, it was fun. I did my legs and they hurt so much right now lol - and also butt exercices. I started slowly with the chest because I had problems with the shoulders in the past, so I’m rebuilding one step at a time. I saw some of the Sky staff at the gym, which was kind of funny.
Yesterday I watched the movie Sex and The City. In my opinion, it wasn’t that great. It was way too long for what little really happened. It looked like one episode that had been stretched to 3 hours lol.
I did some rollerblades and some grocery shopping , as you can see in the picture 
Now I’m still cooking and planning on going to bed early.

Hi Ralph,
What about the shower scene with Dante at the beach house in Malibu? I thought that part was the hottest in the movie. It is not often they do slow-mo shower scenes with a guy.
It is my birthday today in Oz and I am partying tonight and tomorrow night (last night was with family) and then I am off to Sydney and then New Zealand on Monday and I will try and post depending on how remote the places I am visiting are.

There are lots of tops in Sydney as far as I know.The weather forecast for the next week is fine&sunny,so enjoy the weather!
Whereabouts in Sydney are you staying-City? Bondi? Will be good beach weather.

Well I am the first American here. The Aussie are on top of me. Good day, gentlemen. I haven’t seen “Sex in the City.” I don’t get to the movies often. You look cool in blue Ralph. I have been going to the gym too. I have been good and last week I was there every day but Sunday. Things are rough here in the states though. Our economy is a real mess. Have a good day everyone, I owe, I owe, it’s off to work I go.

Lookin great in your pic. I am sure that your body will get back to your routines quickly because you havent been off the workouts that long. I have not seen the “Sex in the City” movie. I didnt watch the weekly program so I wouldnt know what everything is about. But I am more into Sci-Fi, Action, Drama, and Military movies. well, I have to go for now cause I a meeting at work, on my day off! LOL So I will chat with you all later.
